Kent Taylor, MLIS - Principal Advisor
Kent brings more than 35 years of experience in the book industry, including eight years managing college bookstores and more than a decade working directly with school, public and tribal libraries.
His work has included opening-day school library collections, children’s and young adult collections for new tribal libraries, collection analysis and development, weeding projects, policy development, strategic planning, purchasing support and digitization planning.
Kent holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Alabama. His professional background includes teaching Library Research Skills at Northern New Mexico College and work with the University of New Mexico Library and the New Mexico State Library.
